Professional project first meeting

On 18.02.2016 there was the first meeting between me and my client, in which I tried to introduce the project for which from then on we should work together, in a time of about four months.
The first thing we started to organise, were the first dates where we will be met is to take pictures is to discuss the unfolding of the project, the equipment and the location that would be used, and, finally, the first idea that we could have to start creating this cover, the colors, the style, the necessary changes and the graphics work.
We then started to write a contract, which will be added to what will be to our project, how will take place, and all the rules that we can protect any kind of inconvenience.
The first date where we will begin to take is been scheduled for February 24 at the college confetti, where Andrew will be in the recording room trying some pieces with classmates in his class; I think this might be a good opportunity to start to create something.
To do this I will have with Andrew book entrance at college a few hours before the recording tests.
 below I'm going to list all the fixed dates for the moment, where we will meet both shoot and both to discuss and figure out where we stand with the work.
